Mike Süsser
A passion for enjoyment and culinary delights – that is what drives the top chef. His spirit of discovery has taken the northern German native to starred kitchens in Europe and overseas. His career began as a sailor in the galley, from where he quickly switched professions.
The chef, who is regularly seen on TV shows such as “Die Kochprofis” and “Mein Lokal, Dein Lokal”, has now moved to Upper Austria. From there, he has brought us recipes of his favorite Alpine classics. Grammelknödel, Paprikahenderl or Rinderroulade: his deliciously hearty recipes are fun to make and taste wonderfully authentic!
